Celebrate the opening of the conference at the Welcome Reception and Parade of Regions as we warmly welcome all delegates of #WONCAIloilo2026.
Experience the vibrant spirit of a Filipino fiesta with local Iloilo snacks, drinks, and lively cultural performances, including Dinagyang and Sidlangan dances. The evening will feature performances by Tultugan Group, Tribu Salognon, and RCP Ritmo Tambores, plus a special guest performer.
