In that case, you are not eligible for this category, and the Conference Secretariat has the right to change your registration type. Please view donor countries or OECD countries.
**Students, residents, and nurses must upload a document like ID card to the system during the online registration process.
*** Certified Resident/Vocational Trainee in General Practice/Family Medicine must upload the certificate copy from the Training Program Chair, validated by MO) to the system during the registration submission.
**** Medical Students and Allied Health Undergraduate Students must upload their student ID or proof letter to the system during the registration submission.
***** Graduate Students (Master/PhD) must upload proof letters to the system during the registration submission.
****** Young Doctor Movement: This registration category is exclusively available for individuals who are members of the WONCA Young Doctor Movement and have completed their medical training within the last 5 years. Please ensure your eligibility before selecting this option, and submit a certificate from your affiliated society, hospital, or school during registration.

Cancellation of Registration: Your registration will be confirmed by letter once the Conference Secretariat receives your full payment.
Cancellation of registration will be accepted until December 16, and the registration fee will be refunded with a $40 deduction for administrative expenses.
For cancellations received on and after December 17, the registration fee will be non-refundable. 
Changes in registration and/or cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat, [email protected].   
All prices are inclusive of taxes.

The official currency of the WONCA APR 2026 Conference is USD.

 Please include transfer charges in the total amount that you will transfer. The WONCA APR 2026 Conference Secretariat reserves the right to request payment of any outstanding balance.

ii. By credit card:
Holders of Visa or Eurocard / Mastercard may use their cards for payment. Please indicate card number, expiry date, and security code on the registration form. Please note that if your account is in a currency other than USD, your bank will apply its daily exchange rate on payment, and the Conference Secretariat does not have control over this application.
